This is exactly the way Minns is repaying his debt to Israel. Unfortunately, he’s not the only politician in Australia to do this. All of the links are now becoming very clear and we can see how Australian politics is so highly compromised.
Thanks mick. I remembered after the podcast back when email was still quite new some people getting sacked because they were sent an email with offensive content which ended up on company servers. This seemed to me unfair as, as you say, they may not have intended to open it. If they did open it they may not have intended to receive that material. They may have been offended by it. Receiving something is not endorsement. Otherwise every pamphlet and spam

Unreliable evidence.
Self incriminating to hand over passcode.
Interpretation of data isn’t standard.
Pre crime history is hackable , so is all social media posts and comments.
Auto picture download and storage of apps would require warrants for other users tagged.
Pictures and text saved automatically does not mean intention to view.

The whole proposed powers have no legal or law standing.
It can only be done through colour of law and public acceptance as the norm.

These laws probably won’t stand.
It's an important issue we need to decimate before implementation becomes "common place" in public acceptance.
The "evidential" "view" data is reliant on remote app access and logging and unknown processes beyond personal control.
